  • 🔧 One-click break and overlap resolution
  • 🖼️ Custom logo on outputs (Pro)
  • 🏷️ Global label editing
  • ✅ Select mode with bulk actions

Quick overview of all new features:

On-Air Toggle

A new On-Air button in the transport controls lets you signal your crew that you’re live. Toggle it on and a red indicator appears on all outputs — toggle it off when you’re in a break. If you don’t need it, ignore it completely.

The On-Air status is available through the API v1 and the Companion module for Stream Deck integration, so you can wire it into your existing production workflow.

Premium users get an additional mode: set the On-Air element to activate automatically when any timer is running. No manual toggling needed — it lights up when a timer starts and turns off when nothing is active.

Break & Overlap Resolution

When your schedule has gaps between timers, Stagetimer now shows the break explicitly and gives you several ways to handle it:

  • Convert to timer: Turn the gap into an actual break timer in your show
  • Extend previous duration: Stretch the previous timer to fill the gap
  • Shift next start time: Move the following timer’s start time earlier to close the gap

This makes it much faster to adjust your rundown when times change. No more manually recalculating durations — pick the resolution that fits and Stagetimer does the math.

Custom Logo on Outputs

You can now upload a custom logo that replaces the Stagetimer branding on your outputs. The logo appears in the same position where the Stagetimer logo normally shows. On any paid plan, you can also simply hide the logo entirely.

⭐️ Custom logo upload is a Pro feature.

Global Label Editing

Previously, editing a timer label meant creating a new one and removing the old one. Now you can edit labels directly from the label picker — rename them, change their color, and the update applies to every timer using that label.

The label picker shows how many timers use each label, so you know exactly what you’re changing before you save.

Select Mode & Bulk Actions

This was one of the most requested features. Click the “Select” button or Cmd/Ctrl+click any timer to enter select mode. From there:

  • Click to select individual timers, Shift+click for range selection, Cmd/Ctrl+A to select all
  • Bulk delete selected timers
  • Bulk duplicate — duplicates appear in place
  • Bulk move — reorder timers without dragging one by one
  • Bulk link/unlink timers
  • Apply appearance across multiple timers at once
  • Fix times and clear start times in bulk

Select mode works for messages too, with the same set of bulk actions. Keyboard shortcuts are available for all actions — widen the controller to see the shortcut hints.

Additional Improvements

  • Text element now supports italic text style
  • Improved duration rendering in Agenda element
  • Room cards on the dashboard redesigned with output previews
  • Follow mode moved from toggle buttons to the timer section ”…” menu
  • Extended keyboard shortcuts popup with contextual hints
  • Companion module supports timer labels
